About Bespoke Heat & Build
A family-run building and development company — two brothers with around 20 years' experience, delivering extensions, renovations, new builds and project management across the South East.
Our Story
Heating Engineers Who Became Builders
Bespoke Heat & Build started with two brothers working in heating engineering. Over two decades, that trade foundation grew into a full building and development business — one built on reliability, clear communication and quality workmanship.
Today we work with homeowners, landlords and property developers across Thames Valley, Berkshire and London. Whether it's a single-storey extension, a whole-home renovation or a ground-up residential development, we bring the same practical, dependable approach to every project.
We're not a faceless contractor — we're a family business that takes pride in what we build and how we communicate along the way.
